Availability is expected to be phased by location and by program. Before anything else, we confirm whether a program is open to you.

Clinical environment
Secure medical intake
Appropriate medical information is completed inside a secure clinical environment designed for that purpose.
Public NOVYANE marketing forms are not medical intake forms.
Independent clinician
Independent clinician review
A licensed medical professional evaluates the submitted information independently and decides whether anything is appropriate.
Approval is not automatic. NOVYANE does not determine medical eligibility.

Prescription when appropriate
If it is medically appropriate, the reviewing clinician may issue a prescription.
Not every person who applies receives treatment.
Participating pharmacy
Licensed pharmacy fulfillment
Where applicable, a participating licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and fulfillment.
NOVYANE does not compound, warehouse or dispense prescription products.

Home delivery
Eligible prescribed products may be delivered directly to the patient rather than collected in person.
Delivery timing is not promised and will depend on the fulfilling pharmacy.

Program navigation, non-clinical support and refill coordination, with further clinician review when it is required.
Non-clinical support only; clinical support is not unlimited and is not provided by NOVYANE.
An honest answer
What if treatment is not appropriate?
Treatment is never guaranteed. If an independent clinician determines that treatment is not appropriate, NOVYANE does not override that decision.
We would rather be clear about this now than imply an outcome we cannot promise. A pathway that only works when the answer is yes is not a clinical pathway.
Responsibility model
Three separate roles. No blurred lines.
NOVYANE coordinates the experience. Clinicians make medical decisions. Pharmacies dispense. These responsibilities do not overlap.
